ElderCare Solutions offers a way for businesses to provide an invaluable "employee assistance benefit" to their workforce at a remarkably low cost. By providing individualized counseling for the employees of corporations, universities and other institutions, these individuals can have important information, personalized options and maximum awareness regarding their older relatives.
ElderCare Solutions provides several exciting program components:
Unlimited Case Management Consultations- Employees can call a dedicated 800 telephone number from anywhere in the country to speak with a master's level social worker or counselor to help them assess their needs, prepare a plan of care, and offer information and referral for services within their communities.
Individual Information Packets- After an initial consultation, the employee will receive a packet of materials specifically targeted to their needs.
Follow-up- After a two week period, the employee will be contacted to see how the case is progressing and to handle any further concerns.
On-site Seminars- Seminars may be selected from our list of twenty timely topics on aging to be presented at locations to be determined by the employer.
Outreach- Events can be scheduled to promote ElderCare Solutions by offering information about our services to employees and to be available to answer questions.
Newsletter- A quarterly newsletter with articles and valuable tips on caregiving will be be available for all employees.
Utilization Reports- Quarterly statistics as well as an annual report of utilization of our services by employees will be provided.
